Meet chef Stephanie

Stephanie Spearman is the owner and chef of Cater 2U Kitchen and C2U Food Truck. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Stephanie is a single mother of three beautiful children. Realizing her gift, she found Cater 2U Kitchen in 2016 and found her passion. Stephanie was inspired by the feed back she would receive from her customers. She took a leap of faith and decided to turn this passion into a career. Stephanie began cooking out of her home and advertising her food on every social media platform. She made creative tasting dishes that many people wouldn’t think of putting together.
